Developed under one week, this project involves a compelling brand and visual identity for the SHINE 2024 Mentorship Program. Aimed at empowering individuals through mentorship, skill and portfolio development. The design reflects the program’s mission to illuminate pathways to success and personal growth.
The target audience consists of 50 creatives in the DMV area, emphasizing inclusivity and diversity—particularly focusing on traditionally underrepresented groups. Key messages include empowerment, community, guidance with the brand personality being inspiring, supportive, dynamic, and forward-thinking.
